HOW IT WORKS
Through partnership with MMP, charitable organizations are given a straight-forward customized link that explains the model to their donors, potential donors, employees, vendors, clients, supporters and overall sphere of influence.
Here is how the Match Me Partners model works:
- A real estate buyer or seller referred to us by one of our charity partners registers with Match Me Partners through that charity’s customized landing site.
- Match Me Partners finds the referred person a top-producing real estate agent in whatever part of the country they need to transact real estate.
- If this match results in a closed transaction, Match Me Partners will make a donation to the charity partner*. It is THAT simple!
*($250 for closings less than or equal to a $500K sale price, $500 for closings greater than $500K but less than $1mil, and $1,000 for closings greater than $1mil closing price.
Once the donations engine for a given partner reaches $100,000, MMP matches that dollar for dollar. Matching program is in increments of $100,000)

- Match Me Partners (MMP) offers charitable organizations the ability to raise significant funds year-round with extremely minimal deployment of the charity’s financial or human resources.
- By building donation engines for charities and foundations, MMP harnesses the nationwide efforts of real estate professionals to provide partners with an additional fundraising stream – at virtually no employee effort nor cost to the partner.
- MMP refers buyers and sellers nationwide to top producing local real estate agents thereby generating transaction referral fees that are shared with charities.
